Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why do you only offer 10-hour packages?
As your videographer, my goal is to tell your full story. With less than 10 hours, it’s hard to capture all the meaningful details—from getting ready in the morning to the big reception moments at night. A full-day package ensures your film reflects your day in the most authentic and complete way.
Q. Will my video include drone footage?
Yes! Weather permitting, I love incorporating drone footage into every wedding film. It adds a unique perspective of your venue and day that you wouldn’t see otherwise.
Q. How do you capture audio?
Audio is one of the most important (and rewarding!) parts of your film. Hearing the voices, vows, and words from your wedding day is what truly brings your film to life. I use a shotgun mic and lavalier mics to make sure all of your important moments are captured with clear, high-quality sound.
Q. How long will it take to receive my film?
I know you’ll be excited to relive your day, and I’m just as excited to edit it! You can expect a sneak peek within the first few weeks, with your full wedding film delivered within 6-12 weeks. I balance this work alongside grad school, so I appreciate your patience while I craft a film that’s worth the wait.
Q. Will you work well with my photographer?
Absolutely! On your wedding day, your photographer and I are truly a team. We share the same goal—capturing you in the most authentic and beautiful way possible. I love collaborating with photographers, feeding off their energy, and bouncing ideas back and forth to make sure you look amazing on camera. By the end of the night, there’s a good chance your photographer and I will be besties!
Q. What if you can’t make it to our wedding?
Thankfully, this has never happened! But in the rare case of illness or an emergency, I won’t leave you stranded. I have trusted videographers I can call on to step in and film your day. I would still personally handle all of the editing to make sure your film has the same style and heart you booked me for.
